Immediately after you sign the contract, one of our representatives will contact you to schedule a kickoff meeting. For this kickoff meeting, you should be prepared to bring in the logo of your company, contents and photos if you have any, be prepared to talk about the pages required for your site and anything else pertinent to your website project with your assigned designer / project manager.

Our designer take great pride in their work so don’t be surprised if you’re drilled in this meeting with questions that you’ve never even thought of while starting or running your business. We’d like to know from start to end how your business runs, where the holes are, how to fix them, what areas to highlight and discover what makes you excited about your job. We need to know it all!

The direction of the overall design will be heavily discussed during the kickoff meeting. We encourage you to bring in your ideas but also expect you to be open to our expertise. Before the kickoff meeting, our designers will research your industry, find your biggest competitors and will prepare suggestions on how they foresee your website to be designed. We will use this time to integrate both ideas and from there, your designer will translate it into design.

Your assigned designer, first thing, will put him or herself in your shoes. We design and build your website as if you, yourself is working on it. In the end, we want to you give you a website that you love and that we are proud to put in our portfolio. And trust us, we are very proud of our portfolio!

Also towards the end of the kickoff meeting, your designer will give you the time frame of the project and train you on our intranet system where all communication and file sharing can be easily done.
